In Katie's 90-minute healing session, she provides a deeply supportive and transformative experience. The first 45 minutes are dedicated to holding space for you, where Katie connects with you through her intuition and cards to bring clarity and understanding to any imbalances you might be feeling. During this time, you can ask questions and discuss whatever arises, allowing you to gain insight and validation.
The second half of the session involves receiving Reiki to clear any blocked energy, helping you achieve greater clarity and a feeling of lightness. Combining verbal and energetic support, this session facilitates profound healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.
