I'm a full-time single mom to three wonderful kids, and my life revolves around them and my clients. Balancing work and family keeps me busy, but I make sure to take "self-care moments" to refresh my energy and stay grounded.
We love getting out of the house to explore new places. Our favorite activities include hiking, visiting parks, having picnics, and swimming. In the summer, you'll often find us enjoying the family cottage in Maine or soaking up the sun on the Connecticut shore with friends.
I believe in leading a life filled with community, adventure, and nurturing—both for myself and others. Whether it's through spending quality time with loved ones or finding joy in the little moments, I strive to create a positive and enriching environment for my children and myself.
